Meet the Founder
Mona Randall FCPA, GAICD
Mona is the Founder and Managing Director of Back Office Works.
Mona has been awarded fellowship status with CPA Australia following an illustrious career spanning 20 years as a Senior Finance Executive with a variety of ASX listed corporations that include Retail, Aviation, Manufacturing, Not-For-Profit, Health and Education.
She holds a public practice certificate and volunteers with CPA Australia in the “Train the Treasurer” and Mentor programs. She is also a qualified Accounting and Finance teacher and teaches Accounting and bookkeeping at various tertiary institutions. Mona is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a number of board director positions.
Mona founded Back Office Works for two reasons, the first being to support small businesses with a better work life balance to help combat small business owner burn out.
Mona’s second reason for founding Back Office Works is her love to back the ‘underdog’. She loves watching a small business battle against all odds to triumph over the ‘big guy’.
